Sarah Burton For Alexander McQueen is the Designer of Kate’s Dress!

When Big Ben struck 11 AM Catherine Middleton stepped out in front of Westminster Abbey wearing a wedding gown designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen!  We've been dying to catch the first glimpse ever since he asked her to marry him, and now after all these months and finally seeing this beautiful dress, we are certain she made the perfect choice:)  An edgy designer for sure, but the dress is classic and will be remembered forever a nod to princess grace.
Did you see how hot Pippa was looking!?  Harry was accompanied to the Royal Wedding by his on-off ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy, but are they back together for good?  He is still technically single ladies;)  Wonder how much they will be partying tonight?!  The Reception starts at 7 PM and it is said to go well into the night...with 300 of their closest friends and family members, I can't think of a better way to the end of this perfect day.  Talk about a Royal Wedding!

With less than a day away, soon Billions of people around the world will tune in for the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. The suspense of who designed Kate's wedding gown is sooo intense! Now that the buzz on the street is out it's hard for anyone to ignore it! The Internet is overflowing with images of a "supposedly" Sarah Burton checking into The Goring Hotel, where Kate and her family are staying. Despite numerous denials, the rumor could hold true and Alexander McQueen's successor could in fact be the designer of Kate's much speculated upon wedding dress!!!  But only tomorrow at 11 am when Kate steps out of a Rolls Royce from Prince Charles Fleet with her father we will know for sure....

Burton has designed dresses in the past for Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Naomi Campbell, Cate Blanchett, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett and Bjork.

Coachella 2011

Our friends at MAHFIA were at Coachella this year to document the weekends music & fashion scene for us. We love their artsy style and are excited to share a few of their pics with you…..

Summer Music Festival fashions have become a trend unto their own with their ubiquitous casual boho styling and this year’s fashions didn’t fail to disappoint and inspire us. Prints were a must- have and ranged from simple stripes and polka dots to Navajo inspired or feminine florals. Crochet and Lace made an appearance as did Rompers, Maxi Dresses and Caftans. Denim Cutoffs are making a huge comeback not just in your standard blue-jean denim, but also in bright, bold colors and prints. Cross body bags with woven details and tassels were popular as were Braided Belts. Wide brimmed hats kept the sun out of many eyes and Boots and Gladiators were in it for the long haul!

Below are a few of our favorite trends of the season...

Navajo inspired jewelry , Denim cutoffs, Cowboy boots

Crochet tops, Colorful denim cutoffs, Bright wood beaded jewelry

Bright n' bold navajo prints, Feather earrings

Floral printed maxi dresses, Cross body bags, Straw hats

Bohemian style skirts & gladiators

Floral printed rompers, Cross body bags, braided belts

Floral prints, Chain strapped  mini cross body bags w/ tassels

Bold printed caftans, Cross body bags w/ fringe

Stripes, Cross body bags w/ fringe, Wide brimmed hats

Ikat prints
