Get Neutral!

So, I was just flipping through one of my favorite fashion magazines and how cute is this little tunic and straw hat from H&M?  I just have to have them! This outfit would go perfectly with our Utilitarian Time tote or hobo. The neutral colors feel so fresh for spring!!
